A book analyzing the Lebanese parliamentary elections of 2009 from a political sociology approach. It examines the transformation of leadership by analyzing the elections in the Caza of Jbeil and South Lebanon, how the Left voted, electoral mobilization outside Lebanon, the student mobilization, the role of the church and the Christian vote, and other relevant issues.
The book is published by the Presses de l’IFPO with the support of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the CNRS and is funded by the National Democratic Institute (NDI).
