The Book Industry in Lebanon

This workshop highlighted the book industry’s creativity and its contribution to the Lebanese economy. Participants discussed the public policies and economic, legal and regulatory measures needed to foster the growth of the book industry so that it could realize its full potential both domestically and abroad.
As a follow-up, the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies published “The Book Industry in Lebanon” in order to help promote policies that would further develop this vital sector.
The workshop was organized by the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies in collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
