December 11, 2002Constitutions and Constitutionalism in Arab Political LifePanelists explored the effective functions of Arab constitutions, their degree of application, and the institutions that oversee the application of these constitutions. Additionally, they underlined the importance of constitutional reforms and the challenged hindering such development throughout the Arab region.
The workshop was organized by the Lebanese Center for Policy Studies in collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
