June 29, 1998The Economic and Social Impact of Mobile Source PollutionThis workshop featured research on the effects of air pollution from mobile sources on both public health and economic activity. The workshop was part of a larger effort by the Harvard Institute of International Development (HIID) to encourage sustainable economic growth by integrating environmental concerns into fiscal policy-making throughout the Mediterranean countries.
The workshop was organized by the LCPS in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment and HIID.
