Examining the Economic Complexity of the Arab World in Order to Identify Opportunities for New Exports and Generating Jobs
Using the product space method, this project aims to examine the prospects for structurally transforming the manufacturing sectors in various Arab countries by identifying highly sophisticated products they should produce given their existing capabilities. At the regional level, twelve policy reports will be produced on the Arab world. This project will contribute to addressing one of the most pressing problems in the Arab world, which is job creation.
