A Study of the Needs and Opportunities for Skilled Workers in Lebanon and Report on Vocational and Technical Training

A project analyzing the hurdles facing postwar Lebanon in relation to reconstruction efforts. Due to a significant outflow of skilled labor from the country, reviving Lebanon’s economy has proven challenging.
The project suggests retraining the present workforce, introducing new high-tech skills-training, and integrating vocational training more closely with both the needs of reconstruction and Lebanon's private sector.

In collaboration with the Near East Foundation (NEF).
