Institutional and Fiscal Evaluation of Municipalities
A project examining the condition of municipal government and ways to address some of its operational issues that hinder effectiveness. The study analyzed the general administrative, legal, and fiscal framework within which municipal government operates, and reviewed the activities and programs implemented recently by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA).
This project was implemented in partnership with the World Bank and the MOMRA.
