حول مسودة مشروع قانون اللامركزية الأصدقاء الكرام، على ضوء إطلاق مسودة مشروع قانون اللامركزية الإدارية من قبل رئيس الجمهورية العماد ميشال سليمان في 2 نيسان 2014، والذي شاركنا في صياغته، عقد المركز اللبناني للدارسات اجتماعاً ضم 40 ممثلاً عن منظمات المجتمع المدني من جميع أنحاء البلاد إلى أعضاء لجنة صياغة مسودة القانون التالية أساءهم - رئيس اللجنة وزير الداخلية والبلديات السابق المحامي زياد بارود، والأعضاء (بالترتيب الأبجدي) السيد سامي عطاالله، السيد عطاالله غشام، الدكتورة نهى الغصيني والأستاذ ريمون مدلج– وذلك في 16 نيسان 2014 ، في فندق لو غبريال في بيروت. خلال الاجتماع، قدم المحامي زياد بارود، العناصر الرئيسية لمشروع القانون، تلى ذلك أسئلة وتعليقات من قبل أعضاء منظمات المجتمع المدني. ندعوكم للاستماع إلى العرض عن طريق الروابط التالية: فيديو 1 فيديو 2 فيديو 3 كما نشارككم مسودة مشروع القانون وندعوكم لتزويدنا بملاحظاتكم حولها من خلال الروابط التالي: مسودة مشروع القانون تقرير اللجنة لملاحظاتكم Dear friends, In light of the launch of the decentralization draft law by the President of the Republic General Michel Suleiman on 2 April 2014, which we have participated in drafting, LCPS convened a meeting that brought together 40 CSO members from across the country with the following decentralization committee members - the President of the Committee and former Minister of Interior and Municipalities Maitre Ziyad Baroud, and the members (in alphabetical order) Mr. Sami Atallah, Mr. Atallah Ghasham, Dr. Nuha Ghosseini, and Maitre Raymond Medlej - on 16 April 2014 at Le Gabriel Hotel in Beirut. In the meeting, Maitre Ziyad Baroud, presented the key elements of the draft law which was then followed by questions and comments from CSO members.
