Lebanon and the Challenges of Globalization
The Global Human Development Report has considerably influenced development thinking and approaches to operational activities for development at the international level since the UNSP began its annual publication in 1990. Today, nearly 400 reports have been published in 135 countries. LCPS supervised and coordinated the National Human Development Report for Lebanon 2000-2001 in order to support the project’s aim of examining the concept human development from a national perspective and adapting it to specific national experiences and priorities.
