The Distributional Impact of Taxes in Lebanon: Analysis and Policy Implications The Lebanese Economic Tribune (LET)
This workshop focused on a study by Professors A. Al-Dah, G. Dibeh, and W. Shahine examining the effects of direct and indirect taxes in Lebanon. Participants first discussed recent fiscal changes in Lebanon with a special focus on tax developments and then analyzed the experiences of other countries in reforming their tax systems.
The LCPS published a research study based on the workshop’s findings in April 1999.
The workshop was organized by the LCPS.
