The Lebanese Parliament: 1992-1996
This workshop aimed to examine the formal structures of power and authority within Lebanon’s Parliament. Participants discussed the separation of powers, division of authority, Parliament's role according to the new constitution, relations between the executive and the legislature, and the various aspects of Parliament’s decision-making process.
The workshop proceedings were published in a 1997 monograph titled, “The Lebanese Parliament 1992-1996.”
The workshop was organized by the LCPS.
